Ipod Engraving

So I'm making the switch and going to Apple.

Right now there is a free ipod mini promotion when you buy a new computer, so I'm curious if anyone out there has a Beastie Boys inspired engraving on theirs or just has an idea for such.

The limit Apple puts on it is 2 x 23 character lines.

I was thinking of putting "Check Your Head" because I think its simple looking and its an homage to my favorite album, but would love to hear any other ideas.

yeah i got the U2 ipod edition....my wife got it for me for x-mas.....im at 4190 songs so far...my goal is 5000.

Unfortunaltey, i cant engrave anything....its got all the bands name on their already.

But i would have put

"b-boy 4 life"

oooh yeah, if you havent already......get a case for it real quick. The face scratches so easily. They've got those cool looking skin cases now. Also dont expect the black foam things to stick in place...they come off very easily.


Other than that...you will be happy :)

But do get an iskin that's rubberized because it will protect the thing a little and also the ipod won't fly around if you set it down and you can kind of lean it against things if you want to (like a stack of books on your table). If you set the metal back down on the chair of an arm, it's going to slide onto the floor, but the iskin makes it stay put.

It's also completely personal but I hate the earplugs that come with the damn thing. They hurt the bones inside my ears. And some of the other plugs that go down way inside suck because it amplifies the sound when you swallow with them on. :) I don't care about looking cool but I want to be able to hear my music for long periods of time without pain.

and documad, get stereophones, i got mine for $20 at BestBuy, they are the ones that look all professional like, they're pretty sweet(y)
