Since almost everything I hear on this remix board nowadays is really weak I thought I'd raise the standards by posting something ;)
So - for all you guys and girls who are tired of all that lounge-ish, basic fruity loops, weak-ass italian porno bass, dull-sounding stuff, check this one out.

im a fan of turntables, but the faint scratching in the first verse i dont, just seems wrong.I like to upbeatness to it though... surprisingly the bass i didnt like. its not bad, but not great. so i dont think u raised the standards at all

DAAAMN that's bassalicious. It's a little busy-sounding but definitely evocative of the CYH era. Cool. (y)

This really is spine-rattling. Good driving mix.

the bass is a littel to loud for littel me, but it is fun with the swedish... were is that from?

"what practical, peaceful use can you possibly expect from atomic energy in the near future? you can among other stuff hurt your ear"

it's from an interview with Dr. Manne Sigbom, done by radio celebrity Manne Berggren in the 1940's, the 'hurt your ear' part is taken from two different songs, one old childrens record, "Fablernas värld" and from an Eddie Meduza record, "Kuken i örat".

thanks for all the comments!

I like the bass on this one, [it 'll probably sound quite good in my car].. it may have been more interesting with an ounce of melody thrown in [in an interest of alleviating monotony]..

Ain't been here in awhile, been mad distracted...

My opinion, the remix is dope, I would like to see some competition, so if dude thinks he can best your mix, I guess we'll be the judge when he rolls it out in..... 2-3 days?

Also, I Co-Sign what you said about the weak mixes. Can I come up with something better by myself, currently? No. Doesn't mean that some of the dudes on this board are coming with some weak ass ambient shit that doesn't sound good.

Word.
