Urban. I've lived in all three and I prefer living in a n urban area to the burbs or the sticks.

Washington D.C. suburbs, bitches.
I like it better than being IN the city, just because I'm in between the country, the forest, the beach, and the city, it's a 20-minute drive to any one. I like having options.

I'm urban and I like it, but urban would be more fun if I had shitloads of money.

I am all about the city, baby. May I never have to live in a place where I need to have a car to get anywhere; that is my idea of slavery.

I live in the city and I can walk a block to bookstores, theaters, fruit stands, and my gym. I can walk just over 2 miles to work. Urban=good for me.
It would drive me crazy not to be around people.
I would LOVE to own a cabin in the woods but only as a quick get-away.

At the moment i'm deep in the 'burbs but i've lived lived in all three before. They all have the pros and cons but i'm going to go with urban - i agree with Documad though that the more money you have the more fun urban can be.

I'm in a small town on the outskirts of the city, where I am never any more than ten minutes walk from the countryside. I lived in the city for a while and it was okay, but i'd make a point of going back 'home' every weekend and going for walks in the woods.
I love where I live, apart from the ned problem (a Scottish acronym for Non Educated Delinquent) I am an hour's cycle ride from the coast. I'm less than fifteen minutes from the city centre by public transport and likes I say five to ten minutes from the glory of nature - woodland walks and spectacular views of mountains, forests and city - and in the distance, the sea and the island of Arran.

what the def between urban and suburban??
Urban
is a term used to define an area where there is an increased density of man-made structures in comparison to the areas surrounding it. This term is at one end of the spectrum of suburban and rural areas. An urban area is more frequently called a city.
Suburban
are inhabited districts located either on the outer rim of a city or outside the official limits of a city (the term varies from country to country), or the outer elements of a conurbation.
Rural
Rural areas are sparsely settled places away from the influence of large cities and towns.

Urbal Essence. I'll take the smog from the city and the maneur (sp?) from the neighbors horses and bottle it up. Rub that shit in your hair and you're good to go.
Seriously, I have the best of both worlds. It's almost rural at my house. We've got all kinds of animals. I've got horses, a rooster, rabbits, quail, lizards, toads, and squirrels all within a 20 ft radius of my house. But if you take a 20 minute drive you can be in the middle of the Las Vegas strip.

I live in the city
where ever I go I walk to
I keep my friends around
so I have someone to talk to
I play my music loud
you know it's got clout to it.

Buffalo is becomming an art-activist epicenter.
We have more theatres and galleries per capitan than any other North American city and we have a proliferation of activism and such too. And I like to throw down and help build it up every day.
