because of this im soo fucked for a long time. my mum has gone ape shit at me! we did a hole lot of shit that we didnt think was that bad at the time but i regret it so much now...the crazy counciler bitch that was like handling it all was like "your gonna be a rapist you know! you fucked up" and i was like "u dont know anything about me u crazy bitch" because they took my video camera and went through every personal video i had on it including us doing a bong and shit...then they tell me my mum is leaving in ten minuets from melbourne to come get me and im going home for 5 days..i dont think im aloud to go back though coz my mum warned me that i wasnt going back if i get sent home but i think that was just a threat..i want to go back so badly though not because i liked clunes but because i want to prove to my folks that i can be good! any ideas on what to say?

Ps: i started this thread in the middle of them making me wait in my room while they watched my videos. and while they were asking for the camera and me holding them by saying "but its so personal blah blah blah.." i was busy deleting all the incriminating stuff...and then wham "hey hes deleted it! grab him!"..fucked!

the rest of my fucking house told on me and my friend. at first it was like we thought they didnt care coz we were actually nice to the one we did the balaclava dancing too and he didnt end up telling on us till a week later. you get bored as shit up there...

documad: it isnt a boarding school but more like a program that is run for every yr 9 student at my school..they send you and ur mates to a country town for a term and u learn sort of like life skills..its fun...but losing your parents respect isnt!

i dare say it's to encourage more people into the farming life, or more so rural life, where there's problems like shortages of doctors and stuff. I guess they think if you give enough kids a taste of it, one of them's eventually gonna like it. Personally, I never had to do that, I did go on a student exchange to melbourne tho, which was cool cause the kid was rich as fuck and he had more commodore 64 games than I could ever imagine, plus an indoor pool, and a babe of a sister (I was just starting to notice them back then, too). It's not that big of a deal, and if it were, all you can do is think about why you're sorry and never do it again... in that sense it may be the best thing that's ever happened to you because this lesson may keep you from making an even dumber mistake later. Take it as a chance to build your relationship with your mom by having a talk with her and assuring her that you were selfish not to think that you could ultimately put her in an embarassing situation, and that worries you more than anything about how youre being reprimanded at school. It sounds to me like that's the truth and she will probably see maturity in you that she may've not seen before by your response. Everyone makes mistakes and you're mom will realize that you're sorry, so it'll be ok. Tell that you'll understand if she doesn't accept your apology. Oh, and don't beg... never beg. It's not a big deal. Be a man. Don't be a pussy.

And it's up to you to request from your mom that she give it back. Tell her the diary thing and, if it's true, that nothing illegal or terrible is on it and that you'd like it back. Go apologize to balls face so they won't need the tape anymore.

the principle of the school asked for the video of play fighting to be sent to the school but my mum said no. i think the only reason they asked is because they want the special codec they need to play it on a computer. this hole thing has definitely bought me and my mum closer and now I'm reading the book "how to win friends and influence people" by Dale Carnegie....i think i'm gonna be different from now on...even if it means being a pussy...good things just make you feel so much better than bad things..like the other day at clunes i herd sum people talking about a girl who had stopped eating because a few boys gave her shit about how fat she is continuously..so i talked to her and i was like "listen, don't worry about what those jerks say..bla bla bla" and it was good! and another time i was at this party and i chick that i knew who has tried to cut her writs b4 reveled to me that she was going to kill herself after the party...i talked her out of it for an hour and she finally promised she wouldn't do it.. :D

I don't know anything about Australian law, but I think that if you're a kid, you should just assume you have no real right to privacy. Assume that your parents and school and school-related programs can search you whenever they want to. And don't record or write down things you don't want your parents and teachers to see. Keep your sick thoughts in your head, where they belong. :)
