I had some friends over for a couple of days, we had a great time going through museums, record shops and a great night at Debaser with everyone singing old indie tunes and Weeping Willows as the house band.
Yesterday they left for up north and they just called me from this market square where it was pissing down with rain and waved for me

Oh, a friend of mine does that with me too! He belongs to a group that travels the world to see various lighthouses. When these little tiny towns that maintain the lighthouses have Webcams (!) he positions himself there and then calls me so that I can see him and sort of connect. It's so sweet.
