i thin kit's pretty obvious that he does, i do think however, that the episodes are scripted, it's funny as all hell regardless

why, because he shouts swear words and looks like a mongoloid and wears a neck brace? When he swears it sounds like anyone else swearing...tourettes is a lot of nervous tics and blurting out words at random times.

if you watched more of them you'd realize he does do that, e.g. he walks into a room in one and the garborator is making noises and as he's walking into the room he just starts saying "shit, awwww shit, shit" and it is similar to what you are talking of, but hey let's not argue over this brilliant video
