That googly eyes one has to be fake.

The eyebrows are completely unmoved. If the eyebrows were all askew too i might have believed it, but they look totally normal. Like they arent being pull on at all. That would be impossible.

unless they are fake (glass eyeballs) and he popped them out of socket and fed them under his skin to his cheekbones...

but yeah, it's probably fake.
