Those banners are pretty amazing. I just saw one that was a big sandwich and rats were coming along removing the cheese while on the bread, its showed the low rates you should lock in now. Or thoe ones with the dancing states or the lady bugs with the states on them.

In the car just now, I heard three ads back to back. No matter how bad your credit, no matter how much you owe, someone will loan you money on your house so that you have no equity. "Don't listen to people who tell you to pay off your loans!" That seems really fucked up.

but really...i wiped out my credit card debt with my equity, and we still have 60k to spare so............................................ :p
