i have this great recipe for chevre cheese (goat) on a salad... with champagne dressing, carmelized pecans, spinach leaves... MMMMM...

yes...it is awesome on everyting. Hook up that salad recipe.

basically just add up all the ingredients above...
spinach leaves
carmelize your pecans by dipping them in egg and then rolling them in a mix of white sugar/brown sugar, spread on a cookie sheet and bake for a just a few minutes on 350 while checking them frequently
chevre cheese spooned out in small chunks throughout
i think the brand of dressing is Garidettos (or something like that), but it's called Champagne dressing
you can add dried cranberries or some other dried fruit too
add the pecans after cooled
mix and enjoy
