Crown Royal really wasn't the greatest final album from Run DMC either. I guess they were working on a new one until Jay got killed. One thing I'll always wonder about the one they were working on was whether or not DMC would have more than 2 verses on the entire album like Crown Royal.

That ''Mind on the road'' track was nice, im looking forward to the album, but that's probably because it's from a Run-D.M.C member :)

D wasn't on it cuz he lost his voice.........CR wasn't there best.....but if you take out all the gay cameos, it's not bad at all!!!

'take the money and run' should of been a single!!!

I think it was more that DMC didn't want to rap anymore with Run. I remember him saying that at the VMA's in 99 when they performed with Aerosmith, that he didn't want to perform because he wasn't interested in rap anymore. In his book he even said that he doesn't listen to it. I'm guessing he did Crown Royal for the money/love for the band. And now I'm guessing he has his own disc coming out because he fell in love with it again after realeasing Crown Royal and the death of JMJ.
