Surreal asian toddler urination scene...

so yesterday, as i was walking out of Subway for lunch...

i see this 3 year old asian toddler (chinese) standing in the parking lot with his shorts down to his knees.

He is pissing on the asphalt with a grin on his face.

His mother (who owns a chinese restraunt in the plaza) is standing on the sidewalk yelling at him in chinese.....like screaming/scolding...yet not getting anywhere near him- as if his urine was toxic or something.

i just walk by in amazment...i had no idea what to think of the scene.

the people walking behind me did the same....and we all just stared at each other in the parking lot and then stared back at the kid.

no one had any idea what the fuck was going on.

then i started looking around for Ashton Kutcher....

go to China and it's nothing new at all. They piss everywhere and the babies don't wear diapers. The parents keep the crotch open in the front and back so that they can just do their duty. Being that it's poverty stricken there, diapers aren't affordable.

he just wanders into traffic.

i've driven right up on him several times....

my girl suggested that i call child protective services on the mother.
