they took down the dino's at the museum here because they think the t-rex wasn't so vertical or something like that

OMG joe loves dinosaurs, he has toy dinosaurs on the bedside table and he draws pictures of them. it's soooooo cute! :)

i remember when i was like three or four and my parents took me into the science museum here and there was this two story scuptrure of a t-rex. when i looked up i freaked and ran out of the room screaming. my dad brought me back into the room to throw paper cups at it. WE KILLED THAT MOTHERFUCKER

The Smithsonian has the most rad-ass dino exhibit ever.

Anyone know of any good museums in Chicago, btw? I'm going there in a few weeks and the nerd in me wants to know.

i liked picking it up and moving it and making it draw back into its shell.
I didn't know you could move it, I was just expecting another one to come along, as all the others come in hordes. (the wasps are really icky!)

i'll be in chicago on labor day! go see the art institute, the shed aquarium and the natural history museum (y) hopefully when i'm there i'll get to go see them!
