I'm up early and I'm hungry. Normally my breakfasts are microwaved so can someone help me out with this shit?

Note: the bacon will still be microwaved

I'm sorry, I can't help you as I can't get past this horrifying bit of information. It is too much to bear.

It's this pre-cooked stuff. It's supposed to be microwaved

Everyone in this here thread has posted in the cooking section several times. I'm sure we woulda if it was there. Pre-cooked bacon? Sounds like something you would feed your dog or something

This is how I do it, be warned this ain't good for you:

Whisk 5-6 eggs until well combined

Over low heat (as low as the stove will go) melt two tablespoons of butter, and then add the whisked eggs.

Stir continuously until cooked. The eggs should be creamy in texture at the end. This will take a while, 5-10 mins depending on how low the heat can be set.

If you feel the need, you can add whatever herbs you feel like. I usually chuck in some rosemary and thyme, sometimes cayenne pepper (not too much).

Serve on thickly sliced toast.

Dude. You're talking to someone who eats precooked, prepacked microwaveable bacon. I get the feeling 'good for you' isn't exactly a priority.

Fair enough. We don't eat meat at our house, and generally eat organic vegies. Pre-cooked, or even frozen, gear is a bit of a mystery to us.

I didn't exactly scramble them but...

I had some leftover white rice...

Put butter in a pan, fried the rice just a teensy bit.

Scooped it to the side, put two eggs in there.

Cooked them a bit but not entirely, just to give them some substance.

Hussled everything together.

Added sliced ham (didn't have anything baconish :( ) and cheese.

Kept stirring.

Added low fat cooking cream.

Added pepper.

Should have added a bit of salt but I forgot seeing as I usually use bacon instead of ham, which gives it a bit of salty taste.

mash extra firm tofu until it's completely crumbled

add turmeric, paprika, cayenne, chil powder, salt and pepper

cook with light oil, add vegetables as desired until tofu becomes a dark yellow color

enjoy with hot sauce/ketchup
