USA - NORTHAMPTON, MASSACHUSETTS (WWLP) - Charges have been dropped against a former Smith College student and another woman who were accused of raping another student.Prosecutors say the 3 women allegedly engaged in what began as consensual sex but ended as rape, involving handcuffs and knives. The charges against Rachel Klobertanz and Augusta Kendall were dismissed after the alleged victim informed prosecutors she was unwilling to testify voluntarily.
