I was supposed to go on an important trainingcourse for work today. Something about learning about active selling or whatever.
But today of all days my bike had a flat tyre, the keys to the shed had disappeared so I couldnt get the other one, my parents had already left and there were no busses.
And my bosses said that if you wernt on time you wouldnt get in, and if you wernt there there would be 'personal consequences', whatever that means.
So I just rang the big boss to say that I wasn't able to come and explained why. And he sounded really angry and said that I shouldve planned it better. How can you plan something like this? How can you plan for your bike not having a flat tyre when you need it the most, or for keys not to disappear into nothingness...
But yeah, I think I'm fucked.

Don't worry I"m sure you're a valuable employee and they won't fire you over something so silly...

Ya know...this could be the fates stepping in. Maybe you werent meant to go to that course. Maybe you arent meant for this job. Maybe there is something much more spectacular for you just around the corner.
This could be a blessing in disguise.
Im sorry, I vomit sunshine too :(
I so hope you're right. I've had it with this job. It just seems too much...
And I never even work more than 30 hours a week. I just don't like people, and that makes working in a shop quite difficult.
I hope I will come across a proper job soon so I can save some money to go over to England.

That's a shame, but it bucks me up a little: after a flat tire I had a couple of weeks ago, I bought a spare inner tube and a little tool kit and stuffed 'em in my backpack.
I thought I was being over-prepared. :o
