in Beastie General discussion, if people write in a thread and think one of the Beastie Boys is directly going to read it, they start with the shout-outs from shit from the songs?

I mean, I just saw someone in the Yauch Birthday thread say "I hope you'll be chillin' like Bob Dylan." HAHA, I GET IT, JUST LIKE THE SONG!

And it doesn't stop there. It's a lot of the time. Like, "I wish I was cool as those three MC's and one dejay, I'd like to get down with no delay." It makes me want to bash my head on the keyboard.

I have nothing against Beastie General, just cliched dorks.

i guess it really doesn't bother me. they're just happy beastie fans, probably under the age of 16, thinking they sound cool.

but i also rarely go into bg, so i don't know. i did read the said thread though...
