Twenty-five cent pizza is the worst, man. And your forty-cent hookers are wildly overpriced.
my greatest find was off the internet. only cost me my heart.

Last weekend, I bought an Elvis LP for $3. It was in great shape, and it's the old, thick RCA vinyl.
I don't have any other Elvis. I only bought this because it's the one The Clash's London Calling cover is based on. :)

My best find recently was a crafts book for £1.
It had a section on Macrame which I tried (having been an abject failure at other needlecrafts) and lo and behold within a short time I had a small area of fabric with little cool tassles and twists which I've got hanging above my desk.
From the same bookshop a copy of Small Is Beautiful by E.F.Schumacher

The last time I went shopping I found:
a really cool hat for $2
charms for my bracelet that were buy one get one free
a suede skirt and halter top-total outfit cost $36 because the store is going out of business
a set of 4 glasses for $12--they were orignally $12 a piece
two picture frames for $6 a piece-originally $15 a piece
Then I went to Kohl's and the clearance stuff was 80% off the lowest marked price. I got a dress, four skirts and a shirt for $29 total.
