i got the first 2.....plus the first 2 bdp cds......but how's 'i got next' on........i can't imagine they'd be that good if you're pumping them out every year...

'I Got Next' isn't bad at all, you should check it out. Excluding a rock song, it's pretty dope...

'I Got Next' is def. hot... plus i really like the 'Prophets vs. Profits'/'the Mixtape' album (whichever version, they're pretty much the same, give or take a few songs here and there)...
also, if ya'll haven't checked it out yet... here's two new song snippets from KRS' upcoming album.... pretty hot, i'm really liking the Gimmie the Gun song... again Kris changes his style nicely...

Krs One initially came into the hip-hop world via BDP (Boogie Down Productions) with the late, great Scott LaRock as his musical accomplice... Scott tragically died after their first release 'Criminal Minded' but Kris (KRS) kept his memory and BDP alive for quite some time afterwards...
imo, all of BDP's albums should be deeply absorbed...
check em out...
Criminal Minded ('87)
By All Means Neccessary ('88)
Ghetto Music : Blueprint of Hip Hop ('89)
Edutainment ('90)
Sex & Violence ('92)
classics through and through...
