I was thinking about this recently.

We've had a rash of people going down in flames on this board in a variety of ways. Whether it was posting gross lesbian porn (ProfJIM, presumably because finding a girlfriend had him re-examine his priorities ;) ), upping the "drama" factor to the power of 28 (Mae), calling girls "cunts" (Damaja) or just posting way too many emoticons that destroyed threads (sercomdj), we've had our share of dramatic exits.

If you were to plot your demise, what would you do? And no, just plain quitting posting and turning off the computer to go read books or play outside isn't an option. Because that's just SO anti-climactic. ;)

I doubt that whole thing was a highlight of your on- or offline life. Calling it a "wound" may be giving it too much meaning but I had to throw it in otherwise the whole salt thing wouldn't work.

What I meant was that if I were in your situation and people kept assuming things about something that happened I'd swallow my pride and let it slide.

If it isn't a "wound" that's all the more reason to do so in my opinion.

Aimee did what Aimee did. She did it because she wanted to. She doesn't regret anything, in fact quite the opposite, she believes she proved her point perfectly. I'm just amazed how misunderstood things can get.

I will probably leave this board when the rest of you all do, when the Beastie Boys pull the plug on this place. I think it would be hilarious to see how some of you would deal when that day comes.
