(my mother is a home-ec teacher and an all-round excellent cook, but i didn't inherit the cooking gene)
does anyone have any really simple, yet really tasty recipes for evening meals? (they have to be vegetarian)
does anyone have any personal favourites that they'd be willing to share with little ol' me?

make about 2 cups of rice and cook it with a couple dollops of mild curry paste (east indian style brand not thai) and I like using mild so you can get hella curry flavour without blowing your face off with heat, one onion, 4ish cloves of mashed up garlic and some salt and peppa
while this is simmering, cut up a big ole head of cauliflower into bit size chunks and then stirfry it up with some additional garlic, onion, summa mo' curry paste, curry powder (this is what you add to get your heat) maybe some tumeric if you like the color yella ALOT, and salt und peppa
slap that cooked rice into the cauli mixture, add some green onions bits on top and yer fucking eating like a king for about 3 days because it makes a shat load
