There's always a thread about what artist/band is slept on. Today, I thought of the band that is most slept on.

People who haven't given them a proper listen just don't understand the genius that is Sublime, especially lead singer Bradley Nowell.

In my opinion, their "radio hits" are some of their weakest tracks.

I agree (y)

their popular self titled album is the worst of the ones they have...its not terrible but...its a shame its the one that sold more. i have great respect for sublime and all of their albums...40 oz and robbin the hood are ofcourse my personal favorite...probably everyones.

edit- oh and yea he od´d, he was a heroin addict and included his addiction in his lyrics alot

In just one major label album, Sublime showed more talent and originality than most other bands of the 90's. If Brad didn't die before his time, I'm sure they would've went on to do some pretty amazing stuff.

I enjoy Sublime, but I'd hardly say they're slept on.

Everyone needs to listen to more Soul Coughing. Now there's a band that doesn't get the recognition they deserve.
