my girlfriend left on tuesday. i had to say goodbye twice because her flight got cancelled. i cried a lot. we had the best summer together. it was like our summer.
she moved to kentucky because her dad got his job moved.
she's crazy sad now and i don't really know what to do. i guess we're going to try it like this. but we're never going to be together for a while, because we're not going to college together.
we talk a lot now. a few hours a day.
i miss her. i guess i just have to hang in there, but i don't really know what for.
i need a new hobby to keep myself busy. i have all this time now that i would have spent with her.
but golf is starting, it's my senior year, so i guess i've got something to look forward to.

life sucks doesn't it!?
nevermind,I'm sure the golf will ease the pain
If you both believe your relationship is strong then there's nothing to worry about. (y)

don't worry about it. your relationship will fade away, but it'll do so at such a painfully slow pace that by the time it's over you will be thankful.

Considering your age, just find something else to do or someone else to hang around with. We've all had that kind of situation and take it from me you two would have outgrown each other in a couple of years anyway. Not trying to sound like a hardass but that's the way life goes unfortunately. If it's meant to be give it a few years. It will still happen if she's the one.

I don't agree with that. I've been dating my boyfriend since I was his age (17), and I'm going on 22 now. It depends if you both can grow together.
I didn't get to see him that often, either. About 2 weekends a month, and even less now. It depends on the people: where they are in life, if their goals are similar, if they want to date other people or not, etc.
If they're on the save wavelength, I think it could work out.

Just be thankful for the time you have spent together. Honestly you both are going to change and grow ove thext 5-7 years that there really wasn't much of a chance of you two ending up together forever. it's cool though you will always have sweet memories.
