Once I wrote to the local VW dealer to see if they could send me one and I didn't get a reply... I guess they thought it was a joke? :confused:

No I believe they actually set up a service around the time for people to order them (most likely for the pissed off Brit drivers) but werre also rumoured to be cashing in on the Beasties popularity.

Come on. A little VW love please. I have always been really very partial to the stationwagon. It reminds me of Yauch for some reason... Just so damn practical and to the point or something. I won't even attempt to clean that up. Anyway, don't you think?

I've stolen about 15 VW thingies in my lifetime. Once I was with some chicks and I showed them how to do it and they stole every single VW thing they saw on the way home (they got about 8). :D (y)

I bought a new VW Golf 2 weeks ago and I love it too pieces.
I keep the VW symbols on the front and back of my car nice and shiny and I am sometimes reminded of Mike D. when I look at them.

Anyways in all fairness I don't think we should condone vandalism - you can find VW symbols on E-Bay or at any local junk yard.
