i have a pretty big one in my house right now too. not fun.

but i remember a couple years ago there was one in my house that completely threatened my well being. i was afraid to come out of my room at night due to it. i remember anytime i was in my living room i'd be constantly looking around me for it. and i would keep all music and tv and such on a low level so that i could hear if it was around me.

it was pathetic.

First he came outta nowhere all VROOMM FLAP FLAP ohh he liked the light that jerk. OHH he got me good and scarred, I was screaming like a banshee I was. OH but then he flewwww towards me and I freaked out and ran way but next he dove down onto my table and I STRUCK the fly swatter down, KRRREESPLATTT!!! GONE I thought but NOOOOOO. He was spinning in circle so I screamed some more and I got enough courage to go closer for the kill. I won and now he’s deader then dead I hope. Now I can get some sleep maybe.

I funkin hate moths to. I weigh around 95kg so I'm a big fucker and I would easily pick up spiders or any other insect. I have no problem picking up my sisters baird snake but moths are just wrong. Come out at night and just fly at lights :mad:

But you see, I don't kill insects or spiders, I just let them go free. I'd be a hypocrite of a vegetarian if I killed something but because I can't touch a moth, I haven't slept for 5 years :(

Last night there were a couple moths in my friends basement while we were there chillin. I swatted one at my friend and its floating corpse hit his leg and he freaked out. Psssssshhhh. :rolleyes:

Especially when they are big. Not to mention that dust they spread in the air. I've heard it can blind you, but I'm not sure if this is only a stupid legend! :p

Trap the moth in room with a window. Open the window and stand outside with a torch and the moth will come out to the light. When it does, shut the window.

Or, catch the moth gently between your hands, take it out and release it.

Or, learn about moths if they scare you that much. Knowledge dispels fear.
