yea it's not serious, I just do recall that my speakers (logitech z-680's) have been accused of being a little bass-heavy. It may just be, shall we say, a bangin' track :D

Say, how did you figure out the mario tune anyway? I always try to figure it out by ear on the piano but I can never get the exact notes down.

Yeah, by ear along with trail and error programming. The nintendo sfx are samples tho.

Okay, so maybe some reference to the original track you are remixing... but sometimes I think... if the track orginally features an old skool hiphop vibe, why give it an old skool hiphop vibe in the remix? Shine some new light on that shit and make it refreshing.
