going to start making movies that I want to see again? Huh? these silly romantic comedies like "Serendipity" and this "must love dogs" crap are such a bore. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.

I guess what I'm saying is I'd like to see him doing things more like Grosse Point Blank (but not a sequel to that movie). Dark comedies. I wanna see him in more dark comdies.

does anyone agree?

Believe it or not, he's getting ready to star in that untitled Tom Hanks bio that they're working on.

I love John Cusack, I'll see anything he's in. I even sat through America's Sweethearts just to worship at his altar.

Vive il Cusack!

I just hope John Cusack will star in "Say Anything II" or something... ;)

P.S. - I actually semi-enjoyed "Serendipity." :o

Whether you're Sandra or John, it's impossible to be cute and muddled in a romantic comedy after 40.

He's always been a good actor who's been in mostly shitty movies. But other than Say Anything, I only liked him in the serious movies. Like The Grifters. And the Woody Allen ones.

Somehow, I don't think you're really kidding about this.

I think Cusak's a pretty mediocre actor with almost no charisma or charm. Plus he looks like Celine Dion, which really sucks for both of them. He sort of lamed up Being John Malkovich, which was an otherwise great movie. Runaway Jury would have sucked with or without him, though.

I did spell it C-u-s-a-c-k originally and then I looked up at the thread title and sort of without thinking copied the spelling. I should have just gone with the way I usually spell it, which is N-u-t-s-a-c-k.

I don't really like jon cusack.
I mean, I guess I could lie to a girl and say that I think he is a good actor,
b/c most girls tend to like him... maybe... I might try to and then in the middle of making out say aaaahhh jon cusack sucks!!! ahhh!!
and then run away laughing.

but... he seems to me like an annoying "white dude"
also, in that movie "midnight in the garden of good and evil"

he says this line like "you have more fabrege than nicholas himself "
that makes me want to laugh. what a dork.

Just me then.

I did.

I can't write any more adoration for John Cusack <3 - the drool that will drip from my mouth might mess up my 'puter. And i might get funny looks from my work colleagues.

EDIT:

Oh and according to IMDB he is occasionally credited as John Cusak. Like in Broadcast News.

I know no one cares. I shurrup now. :D
