i think that's a peruvian dog.they are like that they dont have hair and they are skinny.

nope he's suppose to be a chinese crested. but he's really old and blind and has warts. I heard the owner talking about him on tv and he's alos bigger than breed standards and is lacking the tufts of hair he's sppose to have.
