helping me find the best health insurance for what I need?

I generally know how some things work, but I am unsure of what is best. If anyone is savvy with this stuff I'd really appreciate the help in choosing a plan from my three options. That or even if you can tell me of things to keep in mind. Generally, I am concerned with the monthly payment, deductible (all three options have no deductible), doctor visit co-pay, and Rx co-pay.
