I was working out in the country last month at this village in Derbyshire. Really hot weather and there was flies galore everywhere! At anyone one time there was at least half a dozen flies on ya face.

Cannot waft them away cus they'll come back and while your lifting heavy stone of about 100kg, you cannot really relaz to do it anyway. There is a lot to be said about living near the city!
