Which artists would you like to see the Beasties collaborate with?

I would like to see the them work with:

Eminem (that shit would be crazy)
DJ Muggs (as a producer)
Beck
Everlast
De La Soul (the song they did together was great)

Eminem - sucks... all his beats are slow, and crappy... And him rhyming with them? Whats his topic going to be? Raping his mother or getting off sleeping pills. I'll pass.

DJ Muggs - meh, he's ok. but with the Beastie Boys? I'll pass.

Beck - Pass.

Everlast - Is that guy still around? Pass.

De La Soul - Been there, done that. Pass.



Look, the Boys are better as a self contained unit. No colabos, no guest producers... just the boys. And maybe Mario C.

Eminem is great. Him together with the Beasties on an old-school beat would be da bomb. And Em is competent enough to vary his lyrics. I don't think he would rap about his mother if he were to do a collab with Beastie Boys.

Muggs has done remix of So What'cha Want with B-Real rapping a verse, so I guess you could say it was a Beastie/Cypress Hill-collab. The song was cool and I know that Muggs and the Beasties would be a knock out-combination.

Beck and the Beasties could fit well together. Listen to songs like Where It's At and Hotwax. They're not very far from Beastie Boys' sound.

Yep, Everlast is alive and kicking. He released an album last year called White Thrash Beautiful. Him together with the Beasties on an acoustic track with him laying the chorus would be just great.

De La Soul's song Squat with Mike D and Ad Rock was fantastic. The two groups have a similar sound and they make up a nice combination.

And besides, Beastie Boys have done a lot of previous collabs. Q-Tip, Lee Perry, Money Mark and Biz Markee for example.

My Dream Collab was interrupted years ago. My 2 fave band were supposed to tour together with Rhyme & Reason but unfortunately Mr. Diamond had a bike accident and the Dream Tour was cancelled. :( Yeah, Thats right!!!

BEASTIE BOYS and RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE

Would be the best tour ever!!!

Yeah, I honestly I think Eminem and the Boys would be a great collab. I don't know who said Em is awful. Because he's amazing. Plus Em said one of his major influences of rap are the Beasties themselves. Good collab right there.

I would have loved to see the Beastie Boys getting together with Run-DMC again for like a 20th Aniversary from the Raising Hell Tour. I hope it can be done, but it just won't be the same without Jam Master Jay...
