I'm not a fan of full-on/intentional face hair.
I don't like the soul patch or that ultra skinny pencil-line beard.
Or any kind of beard, really, because if it's long,
it looks bad and stuff gets stuck in there and loose
beard hairs make me gag. And if it's short it's stabby.

If anything, I like an unintentional shadow on a guy who
has dark hair. I don't like it when someone tries to force
that look, though.

I think guys have it tough, having to get facial hair just right.

i hate shaving, it's a pain. I only do it about once or twice a week. I don't put shaving in my morning time budget, so I only do it if i'm up a bit earlier.

I happen to like the soul patch. When it's done in a good way, obviously.

I'm not sure about AJ's though...but I must state that he is/was my favorite BSB and he has the best voice.

I always called it the "soul chip".

Some Chinese guy who worked along side me a few years back wanted to learn English quickly and one of the first things he wanted to know was the words for facial hair. So I taught him "beard. moustache. sideburns. soul chip"

He spent the next 3 weeks saying "soul chip" whenever he saw me and then I went to Uni and have only seen him once since, a few months ago. He didn't recognise me thank god, or I may have spent the next few hours recapping our tutorial on "facial hair 101".
