Anyond do/had a go at 'poi'?

Some of my friends and family have done it for years but I've never bothered until a couple of weeks back I had a go at fire poi and came to the conclusion this was cool.

I'm sure some here'll be into it.

If you ain't never tried it, then have a go. And generally if you see anyone in the parks, they're normally pretty cool to let people have a go cus it's easy to pick up some basics and still looks pretty cool.

I thought poi was a food. Some sort of traditional Hawaiian root thing, meant to be easily digestible and a good starch for people who are wheat intolerant, innit?
