They count. Why wouldn't they? There are some out there with multiple mugshots.

She may not be the next one, but Tara Reid's gonna do something crazy soon. I just know it.

my dark horse for this contest is jessica simpson. she's rumored (or is it no longer a rumor?) to be going through a divorce, and she also has a reputation in the tabloids for being a regular on the late night party scene....when you combine those things with her white trash roots you have a deadly combination.
