I've only added bands that have made it rather than those who haven't. Reason being is that you won't get annoying things from them, but just news about a new album, tour dates or something.

I have Cinema Strange, The Clash, The Cure, Cranes, Android Lust and now Steve-Onpoint as the only bands in my friends list.

Peace, Norcen. Thanks ;)

Ugh. For real. I had to browse through a ton of those today for work...they want me to come up with some sort of myspace code to make the university's page look better ( I know, it's retarded).

Gnarls Barkley's was at least entertaining.

When I was brand new to MySpace, I added almost any band that gave me a Friend Request. Then as more and more bands sent out requests, I started to implement a filter (i.e. I'd listen much more closely to the band to see if it's actually something I'd like).

But even then, the task became much too cumbersome, so I've all but put an end to adding bands anymore (I'll add some local DJ's, clubs, etc. that I like to associate with since I actually know them and like them... that's different). I don't even want to be friends with bands that I actually know and like. I don't want my friends list to be 5,000+ friends and 95% of them are bands. It feels pointless. If I like your band, I'll buy your album and maybe see you live and list you on my giant music list at MySpace, but I don't have to be your "friend."
