Born 1982
Didn't exactly follow music a lot growing up, but U2 was always a favorite for the sheer fact that every one of their songs played on the radio, forming a bit of background music for my life...
1994: Nirvana (I may have mentioned this before, but I only got into them mere weeks/months before Kurt Cobain's death... man, that was awful :( )
1995-1997: The Beatles (the only music I listened to around that time)
After that, didn't follow too much music because if I turned on the (Top 40) radio or MuchMusic, I was very turned off by music. It stayed that way until...
1999/2000: Red Hot Chili Peppers
2000/2001: Radiohead
2001/02: The Clash, Beastie Boys
2002/03: Blur, The White Stripes
2004: The Cure, The Rapture
2004/05: Depeche Mode
And obviously there's a LOT more. And my enjoyment of these bands isn't restricted to their respective time periods (however, I haven't put on my Beatles stuff for years), but they represent the most intensity. :)
