the album is Bob Marley's music but inbetween each song there is a track of him talking

The Marley quote is from a documentary...he says:

"Dem knew it but dem can't do it"

Can't remember what he's referring to though.

I bought a Bob Marley dvd once as a present for someone and this quote was on in.
