Ha! That's a funny definition. I've always generally thought it to mean simply someone who's got a bit of life experience (in a variety of areas, not just sexually) and maybe has an informed perspective on a few things that a younger or more naive person might not by virtue of lack of exposure.

Someone with few "notches on the bedpost", now that's another story...
