triple trouble (don't sweat the technique remix)

did a little sampling of eric b and rakim's 'don't sweat the technique' song, and added the beat samples to the triple trouble acapella.

thought it sounded really sick, so check it out and tell me what you think.

nice idea, i love the erik b&rakim track. anyway, i think the mixing could be improved and a bit more loop variation couldn´t hurt.

I think it's really good, but like Cyclone said, it could use a lil variation. And the EQs sound fine to me but I think the track as a whole may have been mastered a little too high. I'm hearing a little distortion in my speakers. But maybe I have shitty speakers? Just some criticism. But I still liked it. (y)

dunno why you're hearing distortion.

i'm using Mackie HR824 speakers and i'm hearing no distortion.

the song's master is at -1.5dB so it shouldnt be clipping or peaking at all

i put this together in about 15 minutes so theres not the sound that you get off of weeks of tweaking shit

No doubt, don't worry about. If it sounds fine on your speakers it must be. This isn't the first time my speakers have failed me.
