I don't see myself wearing them to work, even though I wear very funny clogs sometimes.

I have friends that wear the hiking sandals that look a lot like them--with the funny toe shape. They look simply adorable on small feet, but on my huge feet they look like clown shoes.

Complete hippie shit, but I'll be fucked in the ass with a razorblade dick if them bitches aren't comfy.

I almost bought a pair at Bonnaroo but I ran out of money.

all over the place. I asked about them on the board a few months ago when I wondered if it was just a thing around here and Echewta said he'd never seen them.
I don't care how comfortable they are, I won't touch them

OK, this is how I know I'm getting old............

I looked at the picture of these shoes and thought to myself, "Wow, those do look comfortable as hell!!" I actually was trying to determine if I could get away with wearing those around the neighborhood but I decided that that probably would not be a good idea. But I actually contemplated it!!!

I remember a time when I would have said "Hell, no!! I don't give a fuck how comfortable they are!" on sight. :(

I actually JUST saw them last Thursday while out...this girl had them on in yellow and looked like she just came in from the garden.

nobody would glance twice at them around here

I think besides the comfort factor and the practical aspect regarding their floating ability that they are just downright dope

meh

Whatever suits you.

I said they were dorky, but being a dork is alright. :)

I don't think they're that bad. I don't know what I would wear them with if I had them...eh.

On that site it said that they were appropriate for winter because they insulate so well...I don't see how that could be. :-\

Here too. First I thought it was just an old lady thing but now everyone wears them. A girl I work with, Lindsey, whom I admire all the time for being so stylish and exotic looking, wore them one day and I was apalled. I felt betrayed, my local personal style icon had gone to the bright, rubbery, ventilated side.

The 1986 Billy Crystal/Gregory Hines buddy cop, action comedy about two cops on the heels of a drug dealer played by Jimmy Smits.

It takes place in Chicago in the winter.

I'm familiar with the movie. Every Chicagoan is.

What threw me off was the fact that I was trying to remember what the hell these shoes had to do with the movie. I was like, "I don't remember Billy Crystal running through that alley in Holey Soles."

I know. I'm LMFAO, too.
