i've got the album but don't know how to post it.

to post an album put it in your computer, you should be prompted by realplayer to play it, hit okay and real player will open. kinda hit stop up top and then look @ the left hand side, it says save tracks (if it prompts you to save answer no, you gotta set it up 1st) hit change settings and pick 320 as the bitrate and make sure its going to save in the mp3 format also choose constant bitrate then hit okay. youll notice all the tracks are checked...if they arent hit check all...now hit okay...itll say pending then start to save the converted mp3 of that cd into your music folder. then itll speed up and soon the wj=hole album will be converted...now youll need to compress to upload it so you can google WinRAR and install it on your system. Once its integrated in to the shell of your system youll want to pick about 1/2 of the mp3s cause sometimes if you do more there is trouble uploading...now pick add to archive...name the RAR file if you like and then hit ok and itll start compressing them into a RAR file...do this until youve covered all the mp3s (youll wanna left click and hold the mouse down while skimming over multiple files (mp3s) until you picked half of them then let go of the mouse and right click and pick add to archive) once its done and youve done all the mp3s you can delete the plainold mp3s you used to create the RAR file cause you have them on cd. now that you created the RARs its time to host them...goto mediafirw.com or megaupload.com or rapidshare.com and hit browse and pick the my music folder to open and youll see your rar files, pick the top on and hit send or go or upload or whatever the button says...eventually they will give you a download link and you copy and paste that here in a reply so we can get the instrumentals from the beastie boys....PLEASE!?
