I FINALLY got my ears peirced today. My FIRST holes, and Im 16 years old. Im such a pussy, it isnt even funny. I wasnt nervous really until i got into the chair and then I didnt want to do it but we already paid. It took THREE guys to keep me in that chair. My friend sitting in my lap and 2 holding my arms down. The last person who came anywhere near me with a needle was a docter when I was 6. I kicked him in the nuts and ran. It took my grandpa, who is about 6'5 and 300 pounds to hold me down. No one else could do it.

It wasnt as bad as I thought, actually It hurt about as much as the time I stapled my thumb. (Yes, I am that dumb. :rolleyes: )

OMG. Now I really feel old. I got my first piercing when you were being born. Yep, 16 years ago when I was 18. I got it at Evergreen Plaza on 95th and Western at some earring shop. That was the only hole that I had done professionally. The other four I did myself while sitting on the bathroom countertop with a cup of ice, a sewing needle and a lighter (heat the needle to sterilize it). I've got three holes in my left lobe and two in my right but I didn't do them all at the same time. :eek:


BTW-Have fun with the infection. And, yes, it will get infected. They always get infected and it will hurt like hell for a while. Just keep alcohol on it constantly. And go to Walgreens and get some shit called Tiger Balm. It's in the medicine aisle. That shit worked so well for me that I still remember it sixteen years later so trust me on this. Good luck.

Uh, yeah. It isnt going to come down to Nipple time. That would hurt like a mother fucker. Plus im more of a tattoo person then a peircing person, but my mom begged me to get my ears peirced so I said what the hell..
Now when it comes to "lip time" thats another story. My "friend" has his lip peirced.

How did I staple my thumb? well.. I was trying to work the stapler, and So i pulled it apart to look at it, and I guess I had my thumb over the staple part, and I squeezed too hard because before I knew it I had a staple in my thumb! and so I just sat there and looked at it, thinking.. "sweet!"
and then it started to hurt.

The ironic part of that, I did it to myself TWICE on two seperate occasions. :rolleyes:

Wow, that's young. I was six when I got the first one. That became infected about six months later. Then when I was eleven I got my ears re-pierced, and again at twelve. But those closed up as well after I took out my earrings for the night and then just forgot to put some back in. :o

I got earrings for pierced ears for my 14th birthday so I had to pierce my ears. I did it myself with a little help from my cousins (who's mum gave the earrings to me). It went really well and since then I've made most of my piercings myself, 6 in my ears and one on my nose. The one at the top my ear I did at the jewelrers because it was too thick to push the needle through. For the nose I just sharpened the studs needle and pierced through. Cleanliness is the godliness when piercing.
