i went downstairs to grab a glass of oj. i opened up the fridge and there was a bottle of hoegaarden in there. apperently it's some sort of beer. anyways the name made me laugh. i wonder where it came from.

Hoegaarden is Belgian for tasty ass beer.

I would like to be permanently connected to a Hoegaarden i.v.

A Hoegaarden a day keeps the doctor away.

I don't like that beer at all.

i bought it on board recommendation (in retrospect, possibly all dipdipdive's recommendation) the other day, it's interesting. the bottle shape is strange, the fact that it's cloudy is strange, and so is the idea of a white beer. it tastes good warm, which is odd. and it has a strange texture to it, that i can only describe as "bumpy", bumpier than a liquid ought to be, at any rate.

once you get past all that, i think it's pretty good. too expensive to drink regularly though

i don't mind it, but maybe its for nostalgic reasons

we discovered it whilst in belgium last year to see the beasties.
like turd, we took delight in the title and imagined this wonderful garden full of whores

when we got back we discovered a pub in town that specialises in foreign beers and ales had it. only bought it the once, mind.

I didn't know a hoe was a gardening tool.
I found out last week when Dan's dad said he'd bought a dutch hoe.
when I heard 'dutch hoe' I almost thought he was talking about me. Thank god he wasn't.
