I have been playing some old MB remixes while DJing lately and I find that they don't always sound as good live as one might think. There seems to be too much high frequency noise going on, sometimes I can fix it on the mixer but not always.

So I just wanted to let you know that if you want your stuff played live then play it loud and test it in different enviroments like a car, i think a car with the front and back speakers on and a bit of bass will give a club like sound generally. (y)

Thanks for the heads up. I usually test my mixes on a guitar amp, some little speakers, and headphones to test how it sounds on each. Then again, I just do this for fun, I don't plan to release a whole proffesional sounding CD to sell to the masses. Nonetheless, I'll take the advice.

By the way, how are we supposed to test it on car speakers without having to burn it on CD each time until we get it just right?

:) Yeah it would be a bitch, if you had a MP3 player in your car stereo then could burn mp3s to a cd-rw or even buy a cd-rw audio disc.

Most mixes aren't made with clubs in mind though, I just figured I'd mention it for those who have always wanted there stuff played live.
