Does anyone else collect these? When I pay £3+ for a cup a coffee, it includes the cup in my opinion. They are really quality cups which'd probably cost them about 50p each and then still charge £2.50 for the liquid. Costa Coffee are the best. I want one of those mugs with two handles that costa coffee do - the largest cup they do. But I don't think I could ever drink that much coffee and sneak the cup out.
I also steal glasses from bars if their drinks are too expensive.
My mates thinks this habit is cheap, but I think they just don't take opportunities presented to them. My mum recently bought some mugs - empty. I was disappointed.
So yeah, does anyone else do this? And does anyone work for a trendy coffee house and actually care that people steal cups? If I was working there on the crap wages these places offer, I would encouage it!
