I, like others have said, think you should just leave without asking to be banned. Seriously. If you have to be banned in order to keep yourself away from the board, then you are "feeling it" much more than you know.

I hope I never feel the need to leave in order to take control of my life. I mean how does a message board become more than a tool of procrastination? I mean its also a good place to discuss stuff, but I could just aswell discuss stuff with friends on the phone. The main motivation for being here for me is that I can do my essays, and when i get bored i can just switch windows and start typing here, instead of having to call people or whatever. Then by the next time I have a break some people have usually responded.
