I hate, I hate hearing about it on the news, especially local rapes.

I know in Africa this would be hard to impliment. But over here in teh UK and the USA they should make it part of school curriculum to teach women self defence from an early age. Teach them how to kick someone in the balls almost like a reaction and be able to get out of someone grip and fun away - it's pretty easy to disarm someone with no martial art or attack training. Cus mainly are pathetic guys who would crumble when challanged or thought back.

Anyway, the item condom is too reactive. They need to be pro-active.

In fact, they could teach the above most place in the world where there is a school system. Inc South Africa.
