now they are calling for troops to go to New Orleans but its just optional.
its not mandatory.

I've tried to e-mail my best friend Jenny...she's stationed at Travis AFB. And yesterday I saw on the news that they were sending a bunch of people from Travis out to help in NO. Since I haven't gotten an email back from her, I'm thinking she was one of the people they sent.
