Yeah, it's called "wrapping your car." People in D.C. are waiting around the block to have their cars wrapped, so you'd have to wait about a year to even be considered, and even then, they may say no and you'd have an already-bought car with no porn advertising and no cash back.

It is pretty dumb when you think of it. But if they need to commute to work/school, and can't afford a new car, it's an excellent idea. Free car! All you'd have to pay for is gas.
