I saw Red Bull all over the place in Zurich but I didn't try it because it said that it was an energy drink and if anything, I need the opposite.

What are the ingredients? (When I was there, the ingredients list was in German, obviously, and I had a hard time with a lot of the uncommon words.) Is it mostly a caffeine type of thing?
