Tell her you're partially deaf, and that she needs to shout at you. Act like you're all embarassed about it.
The most annoying person I work with is a warder here at the museum. He is so, so very boring. He always wants to 'chat' with me about when he used to live in America. (Somehow, me being American, this gives us eeeeeendles reason for conversation, even though he lived in Arizona and I am from NYC.) I try to be nice and remind myself that he is probably just a rather lonely older man and it doesn't really hurt me to give him a little bit of my time. But then, I also realise that he is mostly just using these opportunities to look at my tits.

I work with this one loser contractor who has all of our customers call him up if they have a problem so he can turn around and call us to ask how to fix the problem. The guy is an idiot and just likes to make himself feel important. He's supposed to be in charge of training new users but tells everyone he's tech support. Not to mention he talks and talks and talks about the stupidest shit. I need to get caller ID so I can no answer when he calls.

My guy friend is 45 and is mostly deaf in one ear and partially deaf in the other ear. He'll get to a point where he has no hearing in one ear and just a little left in the other one. He's been that way throughout his life. (There are operations to improve the problem but they're risky and the improved hearing degenerates again after a year or two.)
He can hear himself talking (in his head) just fine and at the correct volume, but he's actually talking much, much lower than he thinks. I've known him for 16 years and I still usually have to ask him to repeat just about everything he says. (He tries to gauge his volume accurately, but he doesn't do that well consistently because the problem with his hearing in the one ear fluctuates.)
No matter what you say, he is utterly embarrassed about this. He doesn't like to ask people to treat him in special ways. You have to know him to understand this about him. So, he doesn't tell people about the problem and he tries to get by on his own. He misses out on a lot of stuff. I know that some people who don't really know him think he's just arrogant or self-absorbed but that couldn't be further from the truth.
Some of his close friends know about the problem and tend to watch out for him, but at work, I think, it's particuarly hard. I always wish that I could go with him to work on days when he has meetings and be his ears--those are the hardest days for him. :(
